We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Senior Product Managers who value moving quickly, and can help innovate and drive product initiatives for the UK market.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for all the product management aspects of launching our member services and popular personal finance app into the UK market. You will use your extensive product management experience to help the business deliver member growth (registrations), member engagement (monthly active users) and member monetisation (revenue per user).

The website and the mobile app ( will deliver a range of services to our members including exclusive content and deals, free credit reports, open banking account aggregation, spending analytics and intelligent personal data driven savings insights supported by comparison tools, including chance of approval loans and credit cards.

You will be working closely with the UK CEO, Chief Product & Technology Officer and Finder's Product and Engineering leadership teams. You will have a significant impact on Finder's accelerated growth and the opportunity to lead on new product innovations in the UK and around the world!

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for growing the following KPIs: Average Revenue per Member, Active Members and Total Members.
  • Working with stakeholders to develop and deliver a product strategy for the member services and UK app launch
  • Deliver products and features that improve member acquisition, engagement, retention, referrals and lifetime value (revenue).
  • You will share new innovations and developments with the global Finder group.
  • Coordinate and prioritise product opportunities with global company leaders, country leaders, publishing and marketing teams.
  • Through customer data analytics and data science develop a deep understanding of our members needs
  • Leading the development of data driven business cases and business models for new investments
  • Subject matter and domain expertise on Finder product and engineering principles and execution
  • Embody, demonstrate and reinforce our company values.
  • Travel internationally if required.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing fintech or financial services products across web and app platforms
  • Demonstrable success in improving acquisition funnel metrics, growing active customers and maximising customer lifetime value.
  • Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle, including ideas, mockups, testing, delivery and on-going tracking.
  • Strong wire-framing techniques, preferably with a simple tool.
  • Strong understanding of user science and empathy, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Experimentation, including the design of effective split tests to prove or disprove your hypothesis.
  • An understanding of how UX and UI fit into the product development lifecycle
  • Commercial modelling along with demonstrable expertise in defining and achieving commercial growth targets.

  • Marketing and analytics platforms such as Segment, Iterable, Amplitude, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Datastudio, or Snowplow.
