Beekin was founded as the result of a personal experience of a real estate investor, and uses AI to increase income for asset managers.
The Beekin team has PhDs from UCLA, Cambridge, Oxford,, and prior work experience in Berkeley Labs, Cisco, Samsung, Deutsche Bank. In addition, we have marquee investors including the Chair of the Department of Real Estate at Wharton, and head of Strategy at Barclays. We collaborate with academics at leading institutions like Oxford, Imperial to build our models.
We collaborate with academia to build Artificial Intelligence powered solutions for real estate companies in the UK and the US, and also publish high quality research about the built environment, a $217 trillion asset class.
Beekin is looking to hire a product manager, who will work with engineering, data science and CEO to spearhead the delivery of it’s SaaS platform and underlying Data Engine. This is a truly entrepreneurial role, as a first external business hire with future P&L responsibility at an early stage. This position is based in London, with a future possibility of relocating overseas (US or Berlin) in 18 months.
In partnership with the CEO, the product manager will be responsible for identifying issues with our data sources and stack, iterating on improvements, and measuring their impact across the company — all through analysing and contributing back to the Datastore, the data platform. You will be given direct ownership of a key area for Beekin, and will deliver meaningful change, which will be the primary measure of your success.
