About the Product team
At Attest, the Product team spends their time obsessing over what our customers and users need, the challenges they face and the solutions we can come up with to help make their everyday life better. We try and balance that with exploring great new ideas and innovative features which will transform the way research is carried out. From coming up with the overall product strategy, to making sure individual features are well defined, and compelling user interface designs are created, we care about it all. We work closely with our amazing engineering squads to turn our ideas into a reality.

About the role
> We're looking for an experienced, growth focused Product Manager to work closely with our commercial and marketing teams to understand the needs of our customers, helping them realise the value of the Attest product as quickly and easily as possible.
> You'll obsess over product-led growth strategies and will be constantly developing new creative ways for users to engage with and adopt Attest.
> You'll be the expert in the acquisition customer journey and new user's experience with Attest.
Who you are
> You have a tonne of experience launching and growing complex products. Ideally, with some web experience too.
> You are an expert in product led growth as an acquisition strategy, with many tools and experiences to draw on when creating your backlog.
> You're growth-minded and thrive with the speed required in a rapidly scaling business.
> Your analytical abilities help you to prioritize experiments, iterate fast and really understand the impact of changes.
> You have a thorough understanding of the different acquisition channels and underlying mechanisms that drive customer acquisition.
> You are creative and impact-driven in the tests you choose to run.
> You will be commercially and technically minded - equally happy explaining concepts to sales and commercial as with engineering.
> You're comfortable working in cross-functional teams and with company stakeholders to ideate, define and deliver; and you are comfortable facilitating the process.
> You have strong Product Management skills (understanding, customer focus, product strategy, prioritisation).
> You are able to articulate product vision and inspire your core team and stakeholders around an outcome.
> You have a bias for action and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
> You challenge the status-quo and constantly ask 'how could we do things better?'.
> You're comfortable working autonomously on projects, with a great attention to detail.
> You're a natural communicator able to support, mentor and coach others in best practices as well as promote the work you and your team are doing across the business.

> Sanctus - Remote coaching sessions with fully qualified coaches 2 x per month through Sanctus. Sessions are private to you and your coach, and a space for you to use as you see fit. As coaches are usually UK based, we ask all Attesters to be mindful of booking afternoon slots where morning slots are available, to be considerate of our international colleagues who may only be able to make use of slots that fall later in the day.
> 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - all Attesters have access to Employee Assistance Programmes, including accessing confidential telephone counselling 24/7, advice on debt, housing, and beyond.
